The Sonim XP3300 Force is a unit which quite simply provides a durable handset which can withstand a wide range of climatic and environmental circumstances. The unit comes with IP 68 certification which means it is dust and water submersible, whilst also having MIL-STD 810G grade which relates to salt, fog, humidity as well as transport and thermal shock resistance. The unit itself is a compact unit which measures 126 mm x 60 mm wide whilst being 25 mm thick and weighing 185 g in weight.

The unit comes with a 2.0 inch TFT display screen which operates at a pixel screen resolution which is quoted at 240 x 320 pixels, within which it is able to accurately display up to 65,000 colours. The handset comes with an FM radio, for live broadcast access as well as satellite navigation which has the benefit of A-GPS support. An MP4/MP3 multimedia player provides the opportunity to play multimedia files on the move. The unit also comes with a 2.0 megapixel camera which operates at 1600 x 1200 pixels and incorporates an LED flash as standard, which enables the user to take effective snapshot style imagery.
